As well as the maki rolls that we sell in our retail shop, we also produce party platters, both sushi and salads, which are ideal for a variety of functions and occasions. We have to date catered for weddings, private parties and corporate lunches. We also produce bulk quantities for school tuck shops, clubs, sports events, fundraisers etc.
